Our mission is simple: to end hunger and reduce food waste. We believe that no one should go hungry when so much perfectly good food is thrown away every day.
By connecting restaurants and food businesses with surplus food to local food banks and shelters, we create a powerful network for good. Every donation helps a neighbor in need, reduces our environmental footprint, and strengthens our community.

Welcome to Food Rescue. By accessing or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.
2. Use at Your Own Risk
The Food Rescue application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. All users, including food donors and food receivers, acknowledge and agree to use this application and its services entirely at their own risk. The creators, owners, and administrators of this application ("the Team") do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information, including but not limited to the quality, safety, or legality of donated food. The Team is not responsible for any damage, loss, or injury arising from the use of this application or reliance on any information provided herein.
3. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the application; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any conduct or content of any third party on the application; or (d) any food item or interaction facilitated by the application. This limitation of liability applies regardless of the legal theory, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory.
4. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Team from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (a) your use of and access to the application; (b) your violation of any term of these Terms and Conditions; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any privacy right or intellectual property right; or (d) any claim that your use of the application caused damage to a third party.
